What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, role and company if supplied; project address, floor size and condition, finish and colors, timing, notes, photos and referral source; and your contact permissions and request history. Hosting providers may process connection, device and request logs. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit spam.

How we use and share it

We use these details for your inquiry, assessment, quote, scheduling, job administration, resolving issues, and applicable recordkeeping. The website and private Studio use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, database and file storage. Authorized staff and service providers supporting the project may access necessary details. We may disclose records to professional advisers or authorities when required by law or to protect legal rights.

We do not sell submitted lead information or use it for targeted advertising. Submitted project photos are not published as marketing images by this workflow. Any marketing use would require separate permission.

Z-COAT Scan photo previews

When you confirm and generate a preview, we send your resized floor photo and selected coating details to Google's paid Gemini image service. The result is a computer-generated design concept. Google processes paid-service content under its Gemini API terms, including limited safety and abuse-monitoring retention. Do not include people, documents or sensitive information in the photo.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a signed browser cookie, and a protected network identifier to prevent abuse and limit usage. The cookie lasts up to 30 days. We retain preview request identifiers, timestamps, selected finish labels, status and usage records for up to 90 days, with deletion during subsequent maintenance requests. We do not save the original Scan upload to our photo bucket. Generated images are privately available to the requesting browser for 24 hours; expired images are deleted during cleanup triggered by later Scan visits. If the site has no later visits, deletion can occur later.

Your current preview is included in your downloadable plan PDF and can also be saved as an image. Closing or refreshing the page clears the visible plan. Scan images are not automatically submitted to the lead inbox; add original project photos separately to request an assessment.

Calls, email, and optional texts

Your form permission covers individual communications about your request. Optional project texts are a separate choice; message and data rates may apply. This form does not enroll you in automated marketing. Ask us to stop contact through the form below or when speaking with us. We record that preference and may still keep records needed for an existing contract or legal obligation.

Storage, access, and retention

Project records and photos are stored in a private business inbox. We retain them while responding to an inquiry, managing work, and for appropriate business and legal recordkeeping. Retention varies by whether a project goes ahead and the records involved. You can request access, correction, or deletion below. We verify identity first and explain if some records must be retained. Avoid uploading faces, personal documents, payment-card details, or other sensitive information.

Cookies, browser signals, and other parties

The application does not install advertising pixels or track your browsing across unrelated websites. Because it does not perform that tracking, it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs and essential security or sign-in information under their own policies. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ privacy policies.

Changes and questions
